We collect information you provide when you create an account or use CiaoX AI, such as your email address, profile details, travel preferences, trip requests, and itinerary feedback.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including browser, device, and usage data.

We use this information to create and improve your travel planning experience, provide customer support, protect the service, and communicate important account or billing updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate authentication and database services (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), AI itinerary generation (our configured AI provider), analytics, file storage, and payment features.

Subscription payments are processed by Creem. CiaoX AI does not store your full payment-card details. Your payment information is handled under Creem's own terms and privacy practices.

We only share information with providers where it is necessary to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements. You can also opt out of non-essential product emails at any time.
