You may use CiaoX AI for personal, lawful travel-planning purposes. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

CiaoX AI provides planning assistance, not professional travel, legal, medical, safety, or immigration advice. Travel conditions, opening hours, prices, entry requirements, and local regulations can change quickly—verify important details with official sources before you travel.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Payments and subscription management are handled by Creem. You can manage an active subscription through the account portal. Our current plans, prices, included usage, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

CiaoX AI is currently offered as a Beta service. Features, availability, usage limits, and supported destinations may evolve as we learn from testers. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to paid features.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant CiaoX AI a limited right to process it solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person's rights.

We may update features, these Terms, or the service as it evolves. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. To the extent permitted by law, CiaoX AI is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
